Returns

We hope you are happy with your Sango Studios purchase. If something isn't right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use may not be accepted.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Items received after the return period may not be eligible for a refund.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending your order back.

Please do not send merchandise back without first requesting a return.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
